1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vyrona AI ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vyrona AI. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Platform is not available to users in jurisdictions where its use would violate local laws.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. AI Services Disclaimer

Vyrona AI provides artificial intelligence-powered services for informational and entertainment purposes only. AI-generated responses:

  • May contain inaccuracies or errors
  • Do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise)
  • Should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions
  • Should be independently verified before taking action

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

5. Vyrona Coins & Reward System

Vyrona Coins are digital reward points earned through platform engagement. Key terms:

  • Coins have no monetary value outside the Vyrona ecosystem
  • Coin earning rates and reward amounts are set by the platform and subject to change
  • Minimum withdrawal threshold: 50 coins (to BSC wallet)
  • We reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the reward program at any time
  • Coin balances may be forfeited if obtained through fraudulent activity, bots, or manipulation
  • Coins used as discounts for investment packages are non-refundable

6. Vyrona Finance & Investment Packages

Vyrona Finance investment packages are subject to the following:

  • All investments carry risk. Past performance and projected returns do not guarantee future results
  • Return rates (up to 30% monthly) are targets, not guarantees
  • Investment capital is pooled into a decentralized liquidity fund for MEV trading operations
  • The Platform does not guarantee the return of principal or any specific rate of return
  • You acknowledge that DeFi and cryptocurrency investments are inherently volatile
  • Minimum and maximum investment amounts are published on the Platform and subject to change

7. Referral & Affiliate Program

  • The sponsor/referral system grants bonus coins to both referrer and referee upon successful registration
  • Referral commissions on investment packages are paid according to published rates (1%-8%)
  • Referral rewards may be modified or revoked at Platform discretion
  • Abuse of the referral system (fake accounts, self-referral) results in immediate account termination

8. Withdrawals & Token Launch

  • Withdrawals are processed to BSC (BEP-20) compatible wallets only
  • The planned 2028 token launch timeline is aspirational and not contractually binding
  • Off-chain coin balances will convert 1:1 to on-chain tokens upon launch, subject to terms at that time
  • We reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel the token launch
  • Withdrawal processing times may vary based on network conditions

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, automation, or scripts to artificially generate coin rewards
  • Create multiple accounts for referral abuse
  • Use the AI for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Platform's source code
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, AI models, MEV bot technology, and software on Vyrona AI are the exclusive property of Vyrona AI and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyrona AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment capital, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have invested in the Platform in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding coin balances or investment returns will be processed according to the withdrawal terms in effect at the time of termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
